Please note if your candles that have been lit or Room Sprays that have been opened and used, are not eligible for a refund/return due to fragrance preferences, strength or perceived quality.

We will accept returns for candles and items that are faulty or not burning correctly. You can submit a refund request via email admin@barehomefragrance.com.au
